Hostos Charter School Masterplan

Stormwater management was a driver for the landscape project's 35.5-acre site. The Masterplan design creates a new vision for the schools' identity within the community. An arboretum, programmed outdoor areas, outdoor classrooms, a dedicated stormwater Bioretention area, energize the site and provide a welcome break from the traditions of classroom design. A new entrance way becomes a focal point for the community and elevates the schools' image.
