City-U*

A multifamily community with a neighborhood approach, City-U balances the context of existing single-family and multifamily fabric while the local landscape is celebrated to encourage social vibrance. With a hidden parking lot covered by a roof deck podium, this approach doubles the use of the footprint. This 9-acre site offers unique living in Bentonville, which blends with and contributes to the local character.
